Advance registration is now closed. Delegates may register on-site at the Conference Registration Counter, Outside Entrance Foyer, Jakarta Convention Centre during the following registration hours:

1200-1800 hours on Sunday, 18 September;
0800-1800 hours on Monday, 19 September;
0730-1730 hours on Tuesday, 20 September;
0730-1730 hours on Wednesday, 21 September; and
0730-1600 hours on Thursday, 22 September

Badges

Conference materials and badges may be collected at the Conference Registration Counter located at the Entrance Foyer, Jakarta Convention Centre during registration hours.

Young Professionals Workshop (Monday, 19 September 2011)

This is a limited attendance workshop for full conference registrants. Complimentary registrations will be issued on a first-come first-served basis. The Workshop is for young professionals under the age of 35 years and with less than 10 years industry experience.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to SPE-Asia Pacific (M) Sdn. Bhd.
  • Cancellation received by 5 September 2011 will be refunded less USD 150 processing fee.
  • Cancellation received after 5 September 2011 is not eligible for a refund.
  • No refund if a registrant fails to attend.
