All conference sponsors will be acknowledged in the Conference Preview (if confirmation is received before 15 April 2011) and in the Conference Programme (if confirmation is received before 1 July 2011). Principal Sponsors

As a Principal Sponsor, benefits include:

• One (1) complimentary full colour, full page advertisement (if desired) in the Conference Programme.
• Prominent signage on the stage during the conference Opening Ceremony and Executive Plenary Session.

Conference Luncheons

A luncheon will be provided each day at the Jakarta Convention Centre to all full conference registrants. These conference luncheons will provide attendants the opportunity for networking and at the same time offers the sponsor an opportunity to demonstrate hospitality to conference delegates. Sponsor benefits include:

• A slide bearing your company’s name and logo projected on the screen in the luncheon area and placement cards on all luncheon tables.
• Eight (8) complimentary luncheon tickets for each sponsor to the luncheon for the day sponsored.
• Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations per sponsorship.*

Opening Ceremony

The Opening Ceremony at the Conference emphasises the conference theme and sets the scene for the issues and information to be presented during the following three days. Approximately 1,200 persons are expected to attend the Opening Ceremony. Sponsor benefits include:

• PowerPoint slide with company’s name and logo projected during the Opening Ceremony.

Conference CD-ROM Proceedings

Being the most important technical documentation for the conference, the CD-ROM Proceedings contain papers which are represented at the APOGCE. The Proceedings is an excellent source of reference for the delegates and people in the oil and gas industry. Sponsor benefits include:

Welcome Reception

The reception will give the delegates/exhibitors and the conference participants the opportunity to renew and establish new acquaintances. Hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served. Sponsor benefits include:

• Ten (10) complimentary guest passes (access to exhibits area only) for each day of the conference.

Education Day

The Education Day is an initiative to introduce students to the discipline of petroleum engineering and the industry in general. It will be an important feature of the conference. Up to 100 students from schools in Jakarta will be invited to attend. In addition to a scheduled guided tour of the exhibition, industry professionals will be invited to share their experience with the students and deliver talks on topics of general interest and relevance to the industry. Sponsor benefits include:

SPE Asia Pacific Regional Student Paper Contest

Contributions received for this segment will be used for travelling/accommodation expenses for the winners to attend the SPE International Student Paper Contest, held during the 2012 SPE Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition, in San Antonio, Texas, USA. Sponsor benefits include:

• Acknowledgement during the presentation of awards (Wednesday, 21 September Luncheon).
• One (1) table of eight persons reserved (for each USD7,500 sponsorship) for the student award presentation luncheon.
• Nomination of a senior representative to award the prizes to the winners (in conjunction with a SPE representative).

Young Professionals Workshop

The workshop will provide an opportunity for young professionals (YPs) to meet with their peers and senior industry executives to address issues of importance to them. Pertinent issues relating to the YPs working in the industry will be addressed at the workshop. There will be presentations from industry professionals, coupled with structured discussions. It is also an opportunity for informal networking with other YPs and panelists over lunch. Sponsor benefits include:

Conference Preview

The brochure will be distributed to more than 6,000 SPE and IATMI members and will be posted on the SPE and IATMI websites. It is the trademark of the SPE conference and exhibition and it contains the technical programme, list of papers/events, general information, registration forms, hotel booking form, etc. Sponsor benefits include:

Conference Programme

A conference programme and exhibitor guide will be distributed to conference delegates. The Conference Programme will contain the technical conference and exhibition details. Sponsor benefits include:

PetroBowl *NEW*

PetroBowl is a competition for university students studying petroleum engineering to showcase their knowledge and abilities. The competition matches three-person teams from participating universities against each other to answer questions ranging from the fundamentals of petroleum engineering to the history and current events of the oil and gas industry. Sponsor benefits include:

Teachers’ Day

The Teachers’ Day is an initiative to introduce and educate teachers on the opportunities that the energy industry can provide for in-class training plans. Between 30-50 local teachers will be invited to attend the conference. The programme will include a guided tour of the exhibition, an opportunity to interact with industry professionals, and talks from industry representatives designed to gain a better insight of what the industry is and what it has to offer the students.
