Immigration/Visa
Visitors must be in possession of valid passports or other internationally recognised travel documents, endorsed for travelling to Indonesia, and with a validity period of at least six (6) months beyond the time of stay allowed in Indonesia. Download the Visa Invitation Request Form (Hyperlink with the Visa Invitation Form). It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to Indonesia. This letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa. To receive an invitation letter by mail or fax, you must first register for the conference. Please ensure that your passport is also valid for the period of stay you are visiting Indonesia.
Information on visa applications is available at Directorate General of Immigration, Indonesia. Visa requirements depend on country of origin and last destinations before entering Indonesia. Conference participants should contact their local Indonesia consulate to confirm visa requirements.
Hotel Accommodation
Hotel accommodation can be reserved at the Sultan Hotel and Hotel Mulia Senayan, where a room block with “special rate” is being held for 2013 APOGCE conference delegates. Conference delegates are advised to stay at these hotels as they are close to the Convention Centre. Please complete the Hotel Booking Form to ensure your hotel accommodation during the conference.
