Mature & Young: Synergy For Sustainability

As many young professionals are being placed with a higher level of responsibility in the industry, a greater emphasis is being put on young employees to step into challenging technical and managerial roles. Equally important, young professionals have the responsibility to be proactively involved with the leadership development process and to be creative and innovative in order to meet the challenges.

This workshop will provide an opportunity for graduates and young professionals under the age of 35, or with less than 10 years industry experience, to meet with their peers and senior industry leaders, to engage in discussion about the future direction for them in the oil and gas industry, and discuss potential industry initiatives to retain, attract, and support them during their career.
