Conference Cancellation & Refund Policy

To receive a full refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 25 October 2010. Cancellations made after 25 October will not be refunded. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org, by fax to +1.866.460.3032 (US) or +1.972.852.9292 (outside US) or to SPE Registration, PO Box 833836, Richardson, TX 75083.

Training Course Cancellation Policy

A fee equal to 25% of the course fee will be charged for cancellations less than 15 working days before the course begins. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the course begins.
