Exhibition Information and Regulations
Review the following documents:
Note: Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Exhibit Area during installation and dismantle.
Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the Exhibit Area during official show hours.
Contractor Regulations
To ensure smooth installation, dismantling and operation during the Exhibition, SPE has appointed official contractors. Review the Official Contractor List.
To request services from an exhibitor-appointed contractor, you must:
1. Review the Work Authorization Request Instructions
2. Fill out and submit the Work Authorization Request Form
Marketing Programs
Guest Cards
Each Exhibitor will receive 3 complimentary Guest Cards per 100 square feet of booth space. You can purchase additional unlimited Guest Card Invitations for $40 each. Guest Cards are for one-day entrance to the exhibits only. Submit request form by the deadline date to have the Guest Cards mailed, otherwise you will have to pick up the Guest Cards on-site. Deadline to have additional Guest Cards mailed is 25 March 2011.
Policies for Guest Cards
- Use it or Lose It! Plan early as there will be no refunds for cards not used.
- Use Guest Cards for guests only and not for employees. This will be strictly enforced at the Registration Desk.
- Present the hard copy card at the Registration Desk. No photocopies accepted.
- Turn in your request forms by the deadline date to give SPE time for processing and mailing.
Purchasing & Using Guest Cards
To purchase a guest Card:
1. Fill out the Guest Card Request Form
2. Include payment and return the Guest Card Request Form to Karen Rainish at SPE
3. Send another request form by the deadline if you find your original order amount is not enough
After you purchase guest cards, you will:
- Receive hard copies of the Guest Cards at the company mailing address noted on the form
- Be responsible for distributing Guest Cards to the appropriate guests
Complimentary Exhibitor Program Listing

Registration
Download the Exhibitor Registration Information sheet to help you with SPE’s new registration system. As with most innovative updates, it is somewhat different from what you have been used to.
After your booth is confirmed, you will receive an email with information to help you register online. Read through the first page completely as it contains the step-by-step information regarding the registration process.
One-Day Paid Exhibitor Registrations – New For 2011
You can purchase up to six (6) One-Day Paid Exhibitor Registrations per 100 square feet of contracted exhibit space. One-Day paid exhibitor registration includes access to Technical Sessions. Purchase one-day registrations online. To purchase multiple days for the same individual, contact registration@spe.org.
Helpful Registration Hints
Below are some hints regarding the registration system:
- To register your staff in the system, have all your information close at hand as you will not be able to make changes online once you submit it.
- Be prepared to enter all information promptly. Take note that after a certain time period, the system will automatically kick you out.
- To make changes after you submit, review your email for the Registration Team’s contact information.
Travel and Accommodations
To book a hotel, visit the travel and accommodations page. Book online or call and reference the Coiled Tubing and Well Intervention Conference and Exhibition by 10 March to guarantee conference rate.

Decorator and Labor Contractor
Freeman is the official decorator and labor contractor. Contact Freeman for the following services:
- Furnishings
- Installation and dismantling labor
- Modular exhibit rentals
- Signs and graphics

Material Handling Freight Services
Freeman is the exclusive contractor that controls access to The Woodlands Marriott for delivery and freight trucks, administers assignment and usage of loading docks, and supervises the Teamsters Union Labor responsible for the loading and unloading of freight shipments.
Freeman will begin accepting advance warehouse shipments on Monday, 7 March 2011. To avoid additional after-deadline charges, ensure materials arrive by Wednesday, 30 March 2011.

2. Fill out required forms
3. Include Method of Payment form with all orders
