Welcome to the 2012 SPE/ICoTA Coiled Tubing & Well Intervention Conference and Exhibition. We are pleased to provide you with quick access to important information regarding exhibiting at the 2012 CTWI. We encourage you to review the contents of the Exhibitor Services Manual carefully.
For 2012
- Exhibit Hall is carpeted. Drape colors are black on back draping and black on side draping.
New For 2012
- Exhibit will be closing at 1400 on Wednesday, 28 March.
- There will be a Keynote Luncheon available for purchase on Tuesday, 27 March from 1200 to 1345. The Networking Luncheon is included with your registration and will be Wednesday, 28 March
Exhibit Information
General Information
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Exhibit Area during installation and dismantle. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the Exhibit Area during official show hours.
Marketing Programs
List Your Exhibit
- Create your complimentary online and printed exhibitor listing for the Conference Program by February 20.
- Enhance your online listing by adding up to three product descriptions and photo. For questions regarding your company password, contact Jennie Weizel at 1.972.952.9328 or via email jweizel@spe.org.

Guest Card Program
- Five (5) complimentary Guest Cards per 100 square feet will be sent to the Exhibitor application contact to invite key prospects and current customers to visit your booth at 12CTWI. Additional guest cards will be available for purchase at 45.00 USD per guest card.
- Guest cards may not be used for exhibiting booth personnel.

Official Contractor Services
SPE has appointed official contractors to ensure smooth installation, dismantling and operation during the exhibition. Refer to the Official Contractor List for information.
If you plan to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), you must submit a Work Authorization Request Form (WAR) no later than 22 February.
Upon receipt of a Work Authorization Request Form, SPE Exhibits Staff will send the required paperwork to the appointed EAC. The EAC packet listed below is mandatory before the Exhibition: The Exhibitor is responsible for making sure that their EAC provides the necessary, mandatory forms for EAC personnel to be allowed on the floor to service the exhibit booths. All paperwork must be received no later than 13 March.

Decorator and Labor Contractor
Freeman Services is the official decorator and labor contractor. Contact Freeman for the following services:

- Please include Method of Payment Form with all of your orders.
- Submit hard copy forms to Freeman via fax or email. Order forms sent to SPE Management will not get processed or forwarded.

Material Handling Freight Services
Freeman is the official contractor that controls and supervises delivery and freight truck access to The Woodlands Waterway Marriott, assignments and usage of loading docks and the Teamsters Union Labor responsible for the loading and unloading of freight shipments. All carriers must check in with Freeman.
To use Material Handling Freight Services
- Review shipment information in the Freeman Full Packet
- Fill out and submit the Freeman Material Handling Form and Shipment Notification
Shipping Timeline
Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials to their warehouse, beginning 24 February. After March 20, material will be received with an additional charge. Warehouse materials are accepted Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. |

Freeman will accept shipments at the exhibit facility beginning March 25 at 12:00 PM. Before March 25, shipments may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. |

Registration
Registration Information
- The number of complimentary Full Conference Registrations will be three (3) per 100 square feet of contracted exhibit space. Registration includes admittance to Technical Sessions, Opening Reception, Exhibition, Coffee Breaks, Expo Reception, Wednesday Networking Luncheon and Proceedings.
- A personalized link and login information will be provided to you once space has been assigned. The registration information will be provided in an email sent from registration@spe.org. Setup @spe.org as a safe domain so that emails will not go into your spam folder.
- Exhibitors may purchase up to six (6) Paid Exhibitor Registrations per 100 square feet of contracted exhibit space. Note: If an individual wants to purchase a one day exhibitor registration for multiple days, that registration cannot be completed online; he/she will have to contact registration@spe.org.
- One Day Paid Exhibitor Registrations include access to the Exhibition, Technical Sessions and coffee breaks. This registration does not include Proceedings.
- Badge Mailing Information: Domestic exhibitor badges and any purchased tickets will be mailed prior to the conference if registration is processed on or before 1 March. Registrations received after 1 March and all international exhibitor registrations will be held for pickup on-site.
- Exhibitor Registration will be located in the Town Center North, and will open on Monday, 26 March at 1200 hours for badge pick up and onsite exhibitor registration.

The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel is just 27 miles north of downtown Houston and 20 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. From Houston Intercontinental (IAH): approximately 21 miles When exiting from the airport, take the Hardy Toll Road North. This will merge with I-45. Exit at Woodlands Parkway. At the second traffic light, Six Pines Drive, turn right. At the second traffic light, Lake Robbins Drive, turn right. The hotel is on the right. From Houston/William P. Hobby (HOU): approximately 45 miles When exiting from the airport, follow the signs for I-45 North. Take I-45 North for approximately 35 miles. Exit at Woodlands Parkway. At the second traffic light, Six Pines Drive, turn right. At the second traffic light, Lake Robbins Drive, turn right. The hotel is on the right. |

Visa Information |
Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa. |
