New! 2012 Priority Number System

We have implemented a priority number system for the 2012 exhibit space assignments.

If you have exhibited at this conference before, you will receive priority assignment over first-time exhibitors. The priority system is based on historical participation. For new exhibitors, you will be added to this priority system for next year’s conference.

What to Know:

• Space is first assigned based on the Priority Number System and then on a first-come, first-served basis. Read the official Space Assignment Procedures.
• Complete the Designated Contact Form.
• No contract will be processed nor space assigned without the required deposit in US dollars (USD).
• Payment of 25% of the total cost of exhibit space is due with the contract by 4 November 2011
• Applications received after 16 December 2011 must include full payment for exhibit space.

• Complete and return the Application/Contract for Exhibit Space and required deposit
