Sponsorship Policies

SPE/ICoTA has instituted the following policies for sponsorship opportunities with the SPE/ICoTA Coiled Tubing and Well Intervention Conference and Exhibition. The Sponsor agrees that these policies are considered binding and agrees to adhere to these policies in order to secure a sponsorship.

  • All individual and exclusive sponsorships are subject to the right of renewal of the previous year’s sponsor.
  • We will contact each previous year’s sponsor to advise them of the right of renewal and the deadline they must submit their Sponsorship Contract and deposit in order to renew their sponsorship.
  • Should the previous year’s sponsor not meet the deadline or should they elect not to renew their sponsorship, then the sponsorship is available to all SPE/ICoTA exhibitors.

It is the responsibility of the sponsor to adhere to the Advertising and Logo Requirements information, as it specifically relates to submittal of company logos to be used in promotion of the sponsorship.

Sponsorship Payment Policy

  • SPE requires a fifty percent (50%) deposit on all sponsorships. This deposit must be submitted with the signed Sponsorship Contract in order to secure a sponsorship.
  • Upon receipt of a signed Sponsorship Contract and required deposit, SPE will send the sponsor an invoice for Sponsorship. No sponsorship will be acknowledged or promoted, either in print or on the official SPE website, until the sponsor has submitted the Sponsorship Contract and deposit.
  • The remaining fifty percent (50%) of all SPE sponsorships is due thirty (30) days prior to the event. If a participant has confirmed a sponsorship within thirty (30) days of the event, full payment is required with submittal of Sponsorship Contract in order to confirm the sponsorship.
  • Payment is accepted in U.S. dollars only. SPE accepts most credit cards, checks, money orders and wire transfers.
  • Should a sponsor elect to cancel their confirmed sponsorship, the sponsor is not entitled to a refund of monies paid to SPE.

Advertising Policy

SPE/ICoTA has instituted the following policies for advertising with the SPE/ICoTA Coiled Tubing and Well Intervention Conference and Exhibition. The Advertiser agrees that these policies are considered binding and agrees to adhere to these policies in order to secure advertising space.

  • We accept advertising (print and electronic) for goods and services that, in the publisher’s judgment, address the technical or professional interests of its readers. SPE/ICoTA reserves the right to refuse to publish any advertising it considers to be unacceptable.
  • Advertising is accepted by SPE/ICoTA with the understanding that the advertiser is ultimately responsible and liable for full payment to SPE/ICoTA of any outstanding charges for advertising space.
  • In accepting advertising, we provide no guarantees that such advertising will result in revenues for the advertiser.
  • The final decision on advertising format and terminology rests with SPE and is provided on the Advertising and Logo Specifications Sheet.

Advertising Payment Policy

  • SPE must receive signed Advertising Contract in order to secure advertising space.
  • All premium advertising locations are subject to the right of renewal by the previous year’s advertiser. Should the previous year’s advertiser elect not to advertise in this premium location, SPE will then consider this location available to all SPE exhibitors and eligible advertisers.
  • No advertisement will be published until the advertiser has submitted the Advertising Contract.
  • For advertising space in the SPE Conference Preview and Conference Program, payment is due within thirty (30) days of receipt of advertisement tear sheets.
  • For all website advertising space, 100% payment is due with contract. 
  • Payment is accepted in USD only. SPE accepts most credit cards, checks, money orders and wire transfers.
  • Should an advertiser elect to cancel its confirmed web advertisement, the advertiser is not entitled to a refund of monies paid to SPE.

2015 CTWI Sponsorship and Advertising Deadlines

*In order for sponsorship to be promoted in the 2015 CTWI Conference Preview:

  • Sponsorship Contracts must be received prior to 27 October 2014.
  • Advertising materials must be received no later than 20 November 2014.

**In order for sponsorship to be promoted in the 2015 CTWI Conference Program:

  • Sponsorship Contracts must be received prior to 2 February 2015.
  • Advertising materials must be received no later than 9 February 2015.

**In order for sponsorship to be promoted in the 2015 CTWI Conference Proceedings:

  • Sponsorship Contracts must be received prior to 2 February 2015.
  • Advertising materials must be received no later than 9 February 2015.

If a sponsor does not meet the published deadlines, we cannot guarantee promotion of sponsorship.
