List Your Exhibit

• Create your complimentary online and printed exhibitor listing for the Conference Program by 14 September.
• Enhance your online listing by adding up to three product descriptions and photo. Scroll down the page to enter your company password; this password may be found in your booth confirmation letter. Guest Card Program

A guest card template will be sent to the exhibitor application contact. Each exhibitor will receive three (3) complimentary guest cards to invite key prospects and current customers to visit your booth at 12CURC. Additional guest cards will be available for purchase at 50.00 CAD + GST per guest card, per day. Guest cards are only valid on Wednesday and Thursday, not on Tuesday, the first day of the Exhibition. All guest cards must be registered and requested before the conference begins. No guest cards will be provided onsite.

Guest cards cannot be used for exhibiting booth personnel. Booth personnel must use the complimentary registration badges allotted.

Official Contractor Services

To ensure smooth installation, dismantling and operation during the Exhibition, SPE has appointed official contractors. Please refer to the Official Contractors List.

If you plan to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), you must submit a Work Authorization Request Form (WAR) no later than 30 August.

Upon receipt of a Work Authorization Request Form, SPE Exhibits staff will send the required paperwork to the appointed EAC. The EAC packet listed below is mandatory before the Exhibition: the exhibitor is responsible for making sure that their EAC provides the necessary, mandatory forms for EAC personnel to be allowed on the floor to service the exhibit booths, all paperwork must be received no later than 30 September.

Decorator and Labor Contractor

GES is the decorator and labor contractor. Contact GES for the following services:

• GES Full Packet/Modular Exhibit Rentals/Exhibits & Accessories/Signs & Graphics
• Order services online - Visit GES online to place orders directly
• GES Shipping Label to Showsite
• GES Shipping Label to Warehouse
• Please include GES Method of Payment Form with all orders
• Submit hard copy forms to GES via fax or email
  GES order forms sent to SPE Management will not get processed or forwarded.

Material Handling Freight Services - Drayage

St. George Show Services is the exclusive contractor that controls access to the Calgary Telus Convention Centre.

• All shipments arriving at the Calgary Telus Convention Centre (CTCC) must arrive and depart through the North Dock (handled by Saint George Show Service – MUST order service if shipping).

Shipping and Timelines to GES

Exhibitors may use GES for Logistics/Shipping for 12CURC.

• Shipping to the Warehouse: GES will begin to accept crated, boxed or skidded materials to their warehouse, beginning 24 September and 24 October.
• Shipping Directly to Showsite: Materials arriving directly to the Telus Convention Centre must arrive by 29 October.
