Conference participants can register via the Internet, mail, or fax. Advance registrants may pay in CAD dollars by cheque or credit card. Cheques are acceptable from CAD bank checking accounts only and should be written for the amount of purchase only. SPE accepts American Express, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards. Payment can also be made by wire transfer; contact meetingscanada@spe.org for bank details.

Cancellation Deadline

To receive a full refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 21 October 2013. Cancellations made after 21 October 2013 will not be refunded. Registration Prices in Canadian Dollars (CAD). All fees are subject to a 5% GST tax.

Full Registration Full registration fees include access to technical sessions, exhibition, welcome reception, breakfast, coffee breaks, networking luncheons, and one copy of the Proceedings. Keynote lunches and the Young Professional Workshop are not included.

All SPE sessions are protected by copyright laws. Photography and video/audio recording of any kind are strictly prohibited in the sessions and throughout the exhibition area.
