Please note: It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to Canada. All foreign nationals intending to visit Canada are required to declare and show proof of the reason for and length of their stay along with, in some cases, the availability of adequate financial means and accommodation. In some cases an entry visa is required, which can be requested at the Canadian diplomatic and consular representation in the country of residence.

Please note that the aforementioned information is a general guideline for travel to Canada. Because travel requirements may change, SPE recommends that attendees contact their local embassy to ensure they have proper documentation.
