Refund Deadline
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the SPE Office in London before 3 January 2011 in order for you to receive a refund.
  • Cancellations prior to 3 January will receive a full refund less a EURO 50 handling fee.
  • Cancellations received on or between 3 January and 31 January, inclusive, will receive a 50% refund.
  • For cancellations received after 31 January, no refunds will be paid although substitutions may be made.

Important Note about Dutch VAT: If your company is exempt from paying Dutch VAT (19%), you will be asked on the registration form to include your company’s Dutch VAT registration number.
