Sponsorship Deadlines

*In order for sponsorship to be promoted in the IADC/SPE Drilling Conference and Exhibition Conference Preview:

  • Sponsorship Contracts must be received prior to 28 September 2011.
  • Logo must be received no later than 5 October 2011.

**In order for sponsorship to be promoted in the IADC/SPE Drilling Conference and Exhibition Conference Program:

  • Sponsorship Contracts must be received prior to 11 January 2012.
  • Advertising materials must be received no later than 18 January 2012.

***In order for sponsorship to be promoted in the IADC/SPE Drilling Conference and Exhibition Conference Proceedings:

  • Sponsorship Contract must be received prior to 11 January 2012.
  • Advertising materials must be received no later than 18 January 2012.

If a sponsor does not meet the published deadlines, IADC/SPE cannot guarantee promotion of sponsorship.
