Exhibitors

Gain more exposure for your company and brand via a booth on the exhibit floor, where all the coffee breaks are held. Here is what you need to do:

  1. Review the exhibition information carefully.
  2. Select five preferred booth locations.
  3. Complete and return the Exhibit Space Reservation Contract.
  4. Submit your contract with a 50% minimum deposit of the total cost of the exhibit space.
  • Space Rate: USD 28 per sq. ft. (minimum reservation is 100 sq. ft.)
  • Deadline for Priority Exhibitors to return Exhibit Space Agreement is 21 May 2013.
  • Please note: Space is first assigned based on the Priority Number System and then on a first-come,
  • first-served basis. All exhibitors will receive a copy of the official Space Assignment Procedures.
  • No contracts will be processed nor space assigned without the required deposit in US dollars (USD).
  • Payment of 100% of the total cost of exhibit space is due by 25 October 2013.
  • Applications received after 25 October 2013 must include full payment for exhibit space.

Stay Safe, Avoid Exhibitor Scams 

  • Only select vendors are approved to contact exhibitors about exhibit services and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Experient is the official registration contractor for DC. 
  • The Omni Ft. Worth, Hilton Ft. Worth, and The Sheraton Ft. Worth are the official hotels for the conference. Housing reservations should be made directly with the hotel, or from the official SPE DC website. No one should be contacting you offering to make your housing reservations.
  • Be cautious of any companies claiming to sell/rent the DC attendee list. SPE has no association with these companies nor have we authorized them to use our name or trademark. SPE does not sell/rent attendee email addresses to any third party.
  • A Slovakian-based Company, Event-Fair (The Exhibitors Index) is not authorized to contact SPE exhibitors.

If you receive a document with our name or name of our event(s) listed which offers advertising space on the Event-Fair (The Exhibitors Index) website or in their directories, please do not sign the form unless you have carefully read and understood the terms contained in the small print. SPE has no association with this company nor have we authorized them to use our name or trademark.

What You Will Receive

  • Standard booth draping of 8-ft.-high back drape and 3-ft.-high draped side rails.
  • Company identification sign (7 × 44 in.) with company name and booth number.
  • Company name and profile listed in the Conference and Exhibition Guide and Proceedings CD (deadline dates apply).
  • Company name listed on the 2014 IADC/SPE Drilling Conference and Exhibition website, www.spe.org/events/dc/2014.
  • Three complimentary full event registrations per 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space.
  • A copy of the Proceedings CD will be sent to the exhibits contact person after the meeting.
  • Unique advertising and promotional opportunities to help increase your company’s exposure at the event.
  • The continued support of SPE meetings, marketing, sales, and exhibits department staff.
