Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the SPE Office in London before 17 February 2009 in order to receive a refund.
- Cancellations prior to 19 January will receive a full refund less a £40 handling fee.
- Cancellations received between 19 January and 4 March inclusive, will receive a 50% refund.
- For cancellations received after 4 March, no refunds will be paid although substitutions may be made.
