Welcome to the 2013 SPE Digital Energy Conference and Exhibition (13DEC). SPE is pleased to provide you with quick access to important information regarding exhibiting at the 13DEC. We encourage you to review the contents of the exhibitor services manual carefully.
Exhibit Hall is carpeted. Drape colors will be Green and Blue for the back drape and Green for the side drapes.
Note: Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Exhibit Area during installation and dismantle. Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the Exhibit Area during official show hours.
Each exhibitor is allotted three (3) complimentary guest cards to invite key prospects and current customers to visit your booth at 13DEC. SPE Staff will be sending exhibitors your electronic invitation template in Word format. SPE recommends that you turn the Word document into a PDF before sending out to guests. Please advise your guests not to forward the guest card templates to anyone else without your permission.
Additional guest cards redeemed with your company’s name and number will be the responsibility of the exhibitor, whether you may know the person attending or not. Please read the guest card information sheet. Luncheon is not included in the guest card passes, but may be purchased onsite.
To ensure smooth installation, dismantling and operation during the exhibition, SPE has appointed official contractors. Please refer to the Official Contractors list.
If you plan to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), you must submit a Work Authorization Request form (WAR) no later than 5 January.
Upon receipt of a WAR form, SPE exhibit staff will send the required forms to the appointed EAC. The EAC packet listed below is mandatory before the exhibition:
