Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the SPE Office in London before 26 April 2011 in order to receive a refund. Cancellations prior to 26 March will receive a full refund less a £40 handling fee. Cancellations received between 26 March and 26 April inclusive, will receive a 50% refund. For cancellations received after 26 April, no refunds will be paid although substitutions may be made.
