Online registration for this event has now closed. Attendees can register onsite at the venue registration desk.

Registration Fees

The registration fee includes:

  • Attendance to all conference sessions and poster displays
  • Entry to the exhibition
  • A copy of the conference proceedings CD
  • Coffee breaks, lunches, and entry to the conference dinner on Thursday, 6 June

Please note that Dutch VAT is currently 21%.


Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the London SPE office before Friday 3 May 2013 in order for you to receive a refund. Cancellations prior to 5 April will receive a refund less a EUR 50 handling fee. Cancellations received on or between 5 April and 3 May 2013, there will be no refund for cancellations received after this time but alternate delegates will be welcomed.

Badge Collection

Your name badge and registration materials (including a CD of the conference proceedings) should be collected from the registration desk—please see below for registration times. Conference badges and materials will not be mailed in advance. Please be prepared to show photo ID (passport or drivers licence) to collect your conference badge.
