The Conference Preview is distributed internationally to handpicked professionals in the E&P industry who have an interest in formation damage.

Sponsor receives:

• Full page 4-colour advertisement in the Conference Preview (provided sponsorship is confirmed prior to print deadline)
• Half page full-colour advertisement in the Conference Programme (provided sponsorship is confirmed prior to print deadline)
• Two complimentary full event registrations for company employees

WELCOME RECEPTION EUR 4,650 + VAT

On Wednesday, 5 June a Welcome Reception will be held in the exhibition area, following the technical sessions, providing a fantastic networking opportunity for all attendees.

Sponsor receives:

• Signage acknowledging sponsorship in the vicinity of the Welcome Reception
• Two complimentary full event registrations for company employees

OFFICIAL CONFERENCE BAGS EUR 2,750 + VAT

All full conference registrants receive an official conference bag which will be designed and produced by the sponsor. These must be agreed with the SPE and include the SPE event branding.

Sponsor receives:

• Your company name or logo (subject to design) will be displayed on all the bags

CONFERENCE LANYARDS EUR 2,300 + VAT

Full conference registrants receive an official conference lanyard which is designed and produced by the sponsor. The design must be agreed in advance with the SPE.

Sponsor receives:

• Your company name or logo will feature on the lanyard strap (1 colour)
• One complimentary full event registration for company employee

CONFERENCE PROGRAMME AND EXHIBITION GUIDE EUR 3,330 + VAT

The Conference Programme includes the technical programme for the conference and the exhibition guide. It is given to all attendees and is an essential point of reference for the event.

Sponsor receives:

• Full page 4-colour advertisement in the Conference Programme
• One complimentary full conference registrations for company employee

CONFERENCE LUNCHES EUR 3,400 + VAT

There will be a conference lunch on each day of the event for all full conference registrants. Conference lunches provide an excellent opportunity for informal networking and discussions.

Sponsor receives:

• Signage acknowledging sponsorship in the vicinity of the conference lunches
• One complimentary full conference registration and five complimentary luncheon tickets

COFFEE BREAKS EUR 3,100 + VAT

There will be a morning and afternoon coffee break on each day of the event for all conference attendees. The coffee breaks provide a great opportunity for informal networking among industry peers.

Conference speakers have the option of using data projection for their presentations. Computers and sound equipment are also available in each room.

CD PROCEEDINGS EUR 3,330 + VAT

These proceedings are an excellent source of reference after the event, not just for those who attend, but for colleagues and fellow industry professionals too. Each delegate receives a copy and they are also available to purchase by those unable to attend.
