Placing your registration on wait list does not guarantee a place at the event. You will be notified if your registration has been accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the SPE Office in London before 22 December, 2010 in order to receive a refund. Cancellations prior to 22 December will receive a full refund less a EUR 40 handling fee. Cancellations received on or between 22 December and 21 January, inclusive, will receive a 50% refund. For cancellations received after 21 January, no refunds will be paid although substitutions may be made.
