Travel and Accommodation
Visitors must be in possession of valid passports or other internationally recognised travel documents endorse for travelling to Thailand, and with a validity period of at least six (6) months beyond the time of stay allowed in Thailand.
Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry into Thailand. This letter does not guarantee that a visa will be granted. To receive an invitation letter by mail or fax, you must first register for the conference.

Please check with your travel agent or the Royal Thai Embassy or a Royal Thai Consulate-General on regulations relating to immigration/visa for entry to Thailand before your departure.
Conference and Exhibition Venue

Bangkok is a tropical savannah climate. Temperatures are fairly hot year-round. The rainy season begins mid-May and lasts until October. The average highs of 32⁰C and average lows of 21⁰C in August.
The official language of Bangkok and Thailand is Thai. Most people in the main city and tourist areas also understand and speak English.
The Baht is the official currency of Thailand and is also referred to as the Thai Baht (THB). 1.00 USD = 31.21 THB.
