SPE will provide a hotel booking form upon completion of the workshop registration. You are requested to complete the form and email it to the hotel directly to reserve your accommodation.

Rates at the hotel are offered two (2) days before and after the workshop, based on availability. The attendee rate is guaranteed until 7 May. After 7 May, hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates.

SPE has arranged a room block at Taj Bangalore Hotel to save you time and money. As a result, SPE is able to increase attendee benefits to provide a great experience, while keeping expenses low. Revenue from this event will be invested back into SPE and will support many other Society programs. Visa Information

SPE Middle East, North Africa, and South Asia will assist in providing a visa invitation letter, upon request in writing, to confirmed registrants after receiving full payment of registration fees. Visa invitation letters take five days to issue from the date of request and it is the course attendee's responsibility to obtain their own visa. SPE cannot issue the visa nor can we guarantee it will be obtained.

About the Location

Bangalore officially known as Bengaluru, is the capital of the Indian state of Karnataka. The official currency of India is the Indian Rupee.  The code is INR.  Credit cards are widely accepted with 24-Hour ATM machines around.  You may exchange currency upon your arrival at the airport or review the rates online through the currency converter.
