Terms and Conditions

• Preliminary registration and full payment are required to attend the SPE Russian Petroleum Technology Conference.
• The agreement should be signed before 19 October 2020
• For cancellations received before 12 October 2020 a refund of 80% will be made.
• For cancellations received on and after 12 October 2020 no refunds will be made.
• If a participant does not attend the conference, no refunds will be made.
• Substitutions are accepted until 19 October 2020.

Consent to Use of Multimedia

Attendance or participation in SPE events and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SPE’s use and distribution of the registrant’s image or voice in promoting future SPE events in any way SPE deems appropriate.
