Sponsorship Information

Your commitment as a principal sponsor entitles you to:

• One (1) item bearing information about your organisation inserted in the conference satchel.
• 100-word corporate profile featured on the Sponsors page on the official EORC website.
• One (1) page colour advertisement in the Conference Programme.
• Prominent logo display during the Conference Opening and Keynote Session.
• Acknowledgement at the Opening Session.
• Acknowledgement in Conference Preview and Conference Programme.
• Company logo to be hyperlinked to company's website.
• Three (3) complimentary full conference registrations*.

Luncheon will be provided each day to all full conference registrants.
These conference luncheons will provide the attendees with the opportunity for networking and the sponsor an opportunity to demonstrate hospitality to conference delegates.

The sponsor will receive:

• Signage with the Company's name and logo prominently displayed in the luncheon area and acknowledgment cards on the tables.
• Sponsor's publicity material to be available at the luncheon area (if desired).
• Acknowledgement at the Opening Session and conference luncheon for that day.
• Acknowledgement in the Conference Preview and Conference Programme.
• Eight (8) complimentary tickets on that day's luncheon.
• Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations*.

The Welcome Reception will be held on Tuesday, 2 July 2013, for delegates to network. The sponsor will receive:

• Signage with the Company's name and logo displayed in the reception area.
• Acknowledgement at the Opening Session and conference luncheon for that day.
• Acknowledgement in Conference Preview and Conference Programme.
• Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations*.

Being the most important technical documentation for the conference, the CD-ROM Proceedings contains papers which are represented at the conference. The Proceedings is an excellent source of reference for the delegates.

Each co-sponsor will receive:

• Acknowledgement under the heading “Corporate Sponsor(s)” on the introductory screen inside the CD-ROM Proceedings.
• Acknowledgement at the Opening Session.
• Acknowledgement in Conference Preview and Conference Programme.
• One (1) complimentary full conference registration* per US$5,000 sponsorship.

All Technical Session Rooms and Author Check-In Room will be equipped with audio-visual equipment such as laptop computer, LCD (Microsoft PowerPoint Projector), as well as other necessary audio visual equipment. Each co-sponsor will receive:

• A slide bearing sponsor's name and logo projected on the screen in all of the technical session rooms.
• Acknowledgement at the Opening Session.
• Acknowledgement in Conference Preview and Conference Programme.
• One (1) complimentary full conference registration* per US$5,000 sponsorship.

This brochure will be distributed to more than 5,000 SPE members and will be posted on the SPE website. It is the trademark of the SPE conference and exhibition and it contains the technical programme, list of papers/events, general information, registration forms, hotel booking form, etc. The sponsor will receive:

• One (1) full-page (A4 size) complimentary black and white or 2-colour advertisement in the Conference Preview.
• Acknowledgement in the Conference Preview.

A handy pocket conference programme will be distributed to conference delegates. The Conference Programme will contain the programme of the conference. The sponsor will receive:

• One (1) full page (10cm wide x 23 cm height) complimentary black & white or 2 colour advertisement  in the Conference Programme.
• Acknowledgement inside the Conference Programme.

All full registered delegates will receive one (1) satchel each. The sponsor will receive:

• Company's name and logo imprinted on the satchel.
• One (1) item inserted in the conference satchel.
• Acknowledgement in Conference Preview and Conference Programme.
• One (1) complimentary full conference registration* per US$5,000 sponsorship.

The nametag lanyard (strap) is designed to hang around the necks of all delegates, which will be distributed to them together with their conference badges. The sponsor will receive:

• Company's name and logo imprinted on the nametag lanyards (strap).
• Acknowledgement in Conference Preview and Conference Programme.

The Opening Session at the Conference emphasises the conference theme and sets the scene for the issues and information to be presented during the following three days.  Approximately 500 persons are expected to attend the Opening Session. The sponsor will receive:

• Acknowledgement at the Opening Session.
• Acknowledgement in Conference Preview and Conference Programme.
• PowerPoint slide with company's name and logo projected during the Opening Session.

Conference delegates can view the e-poster presentations throughout the whole duration of the Conference. The sponsor will receive:

• Company’s name and logo prominently featured on all signage used in the e-Poster Session area.
• A PowerPoint slide featuring the company’s name and logo projected on each e-Poster station.
• Acknowledgment in Conference Preview and Conference Programme.

Clear signage will be in place to direct conference delegates entering the various technical sessions rooms and other key functions/events (with the exceptions mentioned in the specific events, e.g. daily luncheon, etc.). Your contribution entitles you to:

• Company's name and logo on all signage used for the above purposes.

All presenting authors and Technical Programme Committee Members will receive a memento for their participation in, and contribution to the conference. The sponsor will receive:

• Company's name and logo imprinted on the authors' gifts.

Morning coffee and afternoon tea breaks will be provided. The sponsor will receive:

• Signage with the company's name and logo displayed at the coffee/tea area.

Presenting authors and session chairpersons will meet in the morning to discuss paper presentation format and other details on the daily technical sessions. Sponsor(s) will receive:

• Signage bearing the company's name and logo displayed at the breakfast area.

Conference writing pads and pens will be included in the conference satchels. The sponsor will receive:

• Company's name and logo printed on the writing pads and pens.

The Gold Sponsorship entitles you to:

• Company's name and logo acknowledged as a “Gold Sponsor” in the Conference Preview and Conference Programme.
• Company's name and logo featured in the conference website.

The Silver Sponsorship entitles you to:

• Company's name and logo acknowledged as a “Silver Sponsor” in the Conference Preview and Conference Programme.
• Company's name and logo featured in the conference website.
