On-site Registration Hours

  • Sunday, 3 February: 1500–1700
  • Monday, 4 February: 0730–1700
  • Tuesday, 5 February: 0730–1600
  • Wednesday, 6 February: 0730–1000

Pick up your conference materials early on Sunday, 3 February, from 1500 to 1700 hours, and receive a free drink ticket. For more information, see the counter cross from the registration area.

Refund Deadline

To receive a full refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 21 January 2013. Cancellations made after 21 January will not be refunded. SPE On Demand

The Hydraulic Fracturing Technology Conference offers SPE On Demand—an interactive, online portal to access the HFTC presentations, digitally recorded and available as audio synchronized to PowerPoint presentations.  Following the conference, SPE On Demand will be available to all attendees who paid the full registration fees.

Badge Mailing Information

Domestic attendee badges and any purchased tickets will be mailed prior to the conference if registration is processed on or before 3 December. Registrations received after 3 December and international attendee registrations will be held for pickup on-site.
