How to Be an Exhibitor
- Review exhibit information carefully.
- Complete and return the Application/Contract for Exhibit Space with full payment.
- Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
What Exhibitors Will Receive
- Standard booth draping (8-ft. high back wall and 3-ft. side rails) and a company identification sign (7 x 44 in.) with company name and booth number. Any additional draping used must comply with show color scheme and the published fire safety regulations.
- Two (2) full conference registrations per exhibit space.
- Company listing in official conference program, if received by print deadline.
- Advertising and promotion opportunities to increase company exposure.
