Refund Deadline
SPE must receive cancellation/refund requests in writing by 9 January. Cancellations made after 9 January will not be refunded. Send request to SPE, 222 Palisades Creek Drive, Richardson, Texas 75080, or service@spe.org.
Badge Mailing and Pickup
Domestic attendee badges and any purchased tickets will be mailed prior to the conference if registration is processed on or before 19 December 2008. Registrations received after 19 December and all international attendee registrations will be held for pickup on-site during registration hours at the registration counter. Please be prepared to show photo ID (passport or driver’s license) in order to pick up your conference badge.
