Badges
Conference materials and badges will not be mailed in advance, but should be collected at the Registration Counter, Level 1, Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, during the registration hours:

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation in writing must be received by the SPE Asia Pacific Office (Kuala Lumpur) no later than 28 August 2012 to receive a refund less AUD 150/USD 160 processing fees.
- Cancellation after 28 August 2012 is not eligible for refund.
- No refund will be given if a registered delegate fails to attend the conference.

Advance registration payment can be made by:
- U.S. Dollar cheque or Money Order payable to Society of Petroleum Engineers.
