Exhibitor Information

Each Table-top exhibit space includes one (1) complimentary exhibitor registration to include all technical sessions, luncheons, reception, coffee breaks and one (1) copy of the CD Proceedings, to be mailed to the primary contact after the event.

Please be advised:

  • Tabletop exhibits will be displayed in Galleria II & III, along with the Poster Displays.
  • Registration will be located in the Galleria Foyer.
  • Each tabletop display space will be provided with one 6’X30” table, with White drape and two (2) chairs.
  • The Exhibition hall is carpeted.
  • If you require electrical, internet or telephone you must send the electrical form, and the separate telephone/internet forms directly to the Westin Galleria.

Taxi

  • Taxi from Hobby Airport: approximately USD 46
  • Taxi from Bush Intercontinental Airport: approximately USD 60

Move-in

Move-in is from Sunday, 20 March 2000- 2200 or Monday, 21 March from 0630 – 0830.  The Exhibition opens Monday, 21 March at 0930. 

Tear-down

All Table tops must be removed from the exhibit floor between 1545 and 1800 on Tuesday, 22 March.  If any exhibit items remain after this time they will be discarded at the exhibitor’s expense.

Exhibitor Listing

Complete your online booth profile no later than 5 January. Your profile will be used for the printed program and on the CD Proceedings.

Our registration team will send you an email with a personalized link from registration@spe.org. Look for the email and follow the directions to register your booth personnel and make online payments. You can only use the registration link one time.
