Conference Materials & Badge Pickup

Conference materials and badges may be collected at the Registration Desk, Lobby, Level 1, Beijing International Convention Centre, during the registration hours.

Refund Deadline

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Society of Petroleum Engineers.
By 18 May 2010 - Refund less US$150 processing fee
After 18 May 2010 - No refund will be accepted after this date. Substitutions will be accepted.

All registration fees are payable in US Dollars/ Chinese Yuan. Advance Registration payment can be made by:

1. Credit Card (will be charged in US Dollars only) - American Express, Master Card, VISA, and Diners Club.
2. U.S. Dollars Cheque or Demand Draft payable to Society of Petroleum Engineers
3. Telegraphic Transfer (Bank details will be provided on the invoice)
4. Chinese Yuan which is accepted at US$ 1.00= CNY 6.80 (Bank details will be provided on the invoice)

Note: Chinese Yuan is also accepted on-site. However, registrants are encouraged to advance register and then make payment on-site at the conference.

Full Registration

Full Conference Registration Fee includes: admission to all technical/poster sessions, exhibition, coffee breaks, daily luncheons, welcome banquet/cultural evening and one (1) copy of CD-ROM Proceedings.

• Registration is complimentary, and includes admission to all technical /poster sessions, exhibition and coffee breaks. CD-ROM Proceedings or any function tickets are not included.
• Students are required to fax/e-mail a copy of the current student ID with the registration form, or show their student ID when they collect their badges on-site.

Spouses/Partners:

• Spouses/Partners of full conference registrants are invited to attend the welcome banquet/cultural evening on Tuesday, 8 June 2010.
• Please indicate spouse attendance on the Advance Registration Form.

Visitors:

• Registration Fee of US$50 includes admission to exhibition for that day only.
• Visitors are required to submit a copy of their business card when collecting their badge on-site.

CD-ROM Proceedings

Advance registration guarantees one (1) copy of CD-ROM Proceedings which is available for collection at SPE Membership Booth. Additional Proceedings may be pre-ordered on the Advance Registration Form or purchased during registration hours at the conference. Delegates are encouraged to order the Proceedings in advance, as on-site availability is limited.
