What You Will Receive
Items included in the cost of a stand package (9 sq.m minimum)
- Stand will be built and Include two (2) chairs, one (1) table, one (1) small locking cabinet, one (1) electrical outlet, (1) waste basket, carpet, installation and dismantle labor.
- Both Stand Package and Space Only contracted exhibiting companies will receive the following: Two (2) complimentary Conference Registrations per 9 sq. mts. of exhibit space (includes access to technical sessions, exhibition, coffee breaks, luncheons, receptions).
- One (1) copy of the CD Proceedings will be mailed to the primary contact listed on this contract after the event.
- Company listing in official Conference Program and CD Proceedings with 350 character description, if submitted by deadline.
- Space Only: Electricity is not included in booth price, it must be purchased separately.
