LACPEC 2010 will be held at Swissotel Hotel and Novotel Hotel. Download the housing reservation form for information about the hotel block in LACPEC10.
Notice: Due to high-demand, the LACPEC 2010 headquarter hotel, the Swissôtel Hotel, is currently full and cannot accept additional reservations.
The designated secondary headquarter hotel, the Novotel Hotel, is within walking distance to the venue and available for reservations. When making your selection, select the Novotel Hotel or any of the hotels available on the housing reservation form.
All reservations must be received before the deadlines to be guaranteed. Requests will be accepted after this date, but special hotel rate and accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Download file to see hotel deadlines.

Payment Terms and Conditions
- Net rates are listed above. Additional taxes include 10% services charges and 19% VAT.
- Foreign travelers do not need to pay the 19% VAT taxes for the hotel room. They must show their passport in order for hotel staff to void the tax.
- The reservations must be made through Global Events to receive the corporate rates.
- A credit card is required to confirm rooms.
- Global Events will confirm your reservation after the hotel accepts your credit card.
Travel
By air: Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima is located in Callao, 11 kilometers (7 mi) from the Historic Centre of Lima and 17 km (11 mi) from Miraflores. This airport receives direct flights from Amsterdam, Miami, Bogota, Sao Paulo, as well as many other international destinations.
From the airport to conference hotels:
Private Transportation: The hotels in the block for LACPEC10 offer transportation from and to the airport. For rates and reservations download the housing reservation form.
By cab: Taxis in the city are relatively cheap. There are no meters so drivers are told the desired destination and the fare is agreed upon before the passenger enters the taxi. Taxis vary in sizes from small four door compacts to large vans.
In the city: Use the transportation provided by LACPEC between the headquarter hotel and the other hotels. In case you have a different destination, use the taxi cabs provided by your hotel.
Driving Directions
To the Swissôtel: The hotel is only seven miles (25 minutes) from the Jorge Chavez International Airport. View map.
To the Novotel: Take Avenida La Marina, then take Avenida Javier Prado. Turn right at the fifth block and turn onto Calle los Pinos. The hotel is located between Avenida Victor Andres Belaunde and Calle los Pinos. View map.
Parking
Parking at the Swissôtel is limited and depends on availability. The cost is PEN 8 per hour (soles). Additional parking is available in a parking building close to the hotel in the Centro Empresarial (Business Center Area) with prices comparable to the Swissôtel.
Visa Details for International Attendees
When making your travel arrangements to Peru, you can automatically generate an invitation letter to assist with your visa application. Please allow additional time upon arrival in Lima for any necessary passport control procedures.
