How Do I Exhibit?

Once your company has elected to participate in this prestigious event, follow these four easy steps:

• Review all exhibit information carefully.
• Select three (3) preferred booth locations.
• Complete and return the Exhibit Space Contract.
• Submit the required 50% minimum deposit.

Please note: the LACPEC 2010 exhibit space will be located in a tent in one of the outdoor parking areas of the Swissôtel Lima hotel.

If you are interested in Space Only, please contact directly the Sales Department since this option is very limited.

What Do I Receive?

Exhibitors receive continual support of the SPE meetings, marketing, sales, and exhibits staff to make your participation a success. Additional benefits include a targeted advertising and promotional campaign to help increase your company’s exposure at the event, as well as conference promotion on the official LACPEC 2010 website.

Exhibitors will also receive complimentary full conference registrations, the number of registrations you receive will depend upon the size of your contracted exhibit space.
