Refund Deadline
Conference Cancellation Policy To receive a full refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 8 November 2010. Cancellations made after 8 November 2010 will not be refunded. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org, by fax to +1.866.460.3032 (US) or +1.972.852.9292 (outside US) or to SPE Registration, PO Box 833836, Richardson, TX 75083.

BADGE PICK-Up
On-site registration is located in the foyer on the 2nd floor of the Swissôtel Lima. To ensure a secure conference, please be prepared to show photo identification (passport or driver’s license) to pick up your conference badge.
TRAINING COURSES
Cancellation Policy A fee equal to 25% of the course fee will be charged for cancellations less than 15 working days before the course begins. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the course begins.

Transfer of Rights
The Client, Society of Petroleum Engineers, can concede or transfer all the obligations and rights acquired in this contract to the "Asociación Técnica de Ingenieros de Petróleo en Perú", according to the Civil Code, article 1435, in previous agreement with the subscriber. The subscriber cannot concede, transfer or tax the subject of this contract without SPE previous authorization.
