The interactive Young Professional workshop- for professionals 35 years of age and younger- is aimed at inspiring the younger generation of workers to become actively engaged, to develop a passion for what they do, and to acquire the basic tools to become themselves inspiring leaders.
Subjects covered by the workshop include Intrinsic and Estrinsic Motivation, Self-management, Intrinsic Rewards and their outcomes (Superior Performance, Innovation, Personal and Professional Development, Job Satisfaction, Commitment to the Organization, Retention, Reduced Stress, Competitive Advantage, etc.).
The methodology is based on an interactive presentation about "Intrinsic Motivation and Engagement: The Keys to Superior Business Performance and Competitive Advantage" and a group exercise allowing to gauge the current strength of intrinsic rewards (sense of purpose, authonomy, mastery, progress) as a sort of “Engagement Profile” valid for each participant and for the team.
By the end of the workshop, you will have learned all the building blocks in the art of “Leading for Engagement".
