SPE has appointed SCH as the Official Decorator for this conference.

Exhibit Space

The Exhibit Hall has multicolored carpeting. The Maximum Booth Design Ceiling Height at Centro Banamex for the 12LACP Conference is 4 meters.

Stand Package Only Includes: (9 sq.mts. minimum)

• Built using SCH system. Includes two (2) chairs, one (1) table, one small locking cabinet, one (1) double monophase 1,000 W / 110 V, one (1) slim line light 38W, additional electrical requirements must be ordered through Banamex Convention Center.
• One (1) waste basket
• Gray carpet
• Installation and dismantle labor
• Two (2) complimentary Conference Registrations per 9 sq. mts of exhibit space (includes access to technical sessions, exhibition, coffee breaks, luncheons, receptions).
• Company listing in official Conference Program and CD Proceedings with 350 character description, if submitted by deadline 16 January.
• One (1) copy of the CD Proceedings will be mailed to the primary contact listed on the contract after the event.

• Electricity is NOT included, must purchase exclusively from Centro Banamex. Discount price date until 9 April.

• Create your complimentary company profile online and get it printed in the exhibitor listing for the Conference Program, deadline is 16 January.
• Enhance your online listing by adding up to three product descriptions and photo. Your
  company password is found in the Booth Confirmation letter sent to the primary contact for 12LACP.

Exhibitor Services

Official Contractor

SPE has appointed official contractors to ensure smooth installation, dismantling and operation during the exhibition. Refer to the Official Contractors List for information.

If you plan to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), you must submit a Work Authorization Request Form (WAR) no later than 1 March.

Upon receipt of a Work Authorization Request Form to SPE Exhibits department, staff will send the required paperwork to the appointed EAC. The EAC packet listed below is mandatory, before the Exhibition: The Exhibitor is responsible for making sure that their EAC provides the necessary, mandatory forms for EAC personnel to be allowed on the floor to service the exhibitors booths. All paperwork must be received no later than 15 March.

Decorator and Labor Contractor

SCH is the official decorator and labor contractor. Contact SCH for the following services:

• Furnishings
• Installation and dismantling labor
• Modular exhibit rentals
• Signs and graphics

• Submit hard copy forms to SCH via fax or email. Order forms sent to SPE Management will not get processed or forwarded.

Material Handling Freight Services

Rogers Worldwide is the official contractor that controls and supervises delivery and freight truck access to the BANAMEX Convention Center, for the loading and unloading of freight shipments. All carriers must check in with Rogers.
