Creating Human Capital and Technology for Sustainable Development

During this session, we will highlight innovative companies who have made significant social and technical commitments towards sustainable development. Areas such as water conservation in shale development projects, carbon dioxide injection projects to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and extended reach drilling to improve recovery and reduce the development impact are just a few ways companies are generating “Clean Barrels.” These panelists will relate success stories and frame them in terms of how their organizations integrate the people, technologies and workflows in order to improve HSE, company culture and social responsibility while maintaining or improving the bottom line.
