What You Will Receive:
  • The Stand Package includes a minimum 9 m2 stand with two chairs, one table, one locking cabinet, one electrical outlet, one light, one wastebasket, and carpet. Labor for installation and dismantle is included in the cost.
  • Two complimentary conference registrations per 9 m2 of exhibit space. Each registration includes access to technical sessions, the exhibition, coffee breaks, luncheons, and reception.
  • One copy of the Proceedings.
  • Company listing in the conference program.

How to Exhibit

SPE conducts space assignments on a first-come, first-served basis. See floor plan (pdf).

Follow these easy steps:

• Review all exhibit information carefully.
• Select three preferred booth locations.
• Complete and return the application for exhibit space contract.
• Submit full payment for the space assigned.
