What 10x10 Booth Exhibitors Will Receive Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations per 100 sq ft of exhibit space

All Exhibitors Will Receive Standard booth draping (8-ft. high back wall and 3-ft. side rails) One 6'x30" skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket Company listing in the Conference Preview and On-Site Program (if contract received by print deadlines) Link to your company’s website and a 350-character description on the Proceedings CD (exhibitor responsible for updating profile online) One (1) copy of the CD Proceedings to the primary contact after the event Online Exhibitor Services Manual providing the necessary tools and services for a successful exhibiting experience Unique sponsorship and advertising opportunities to increase your company’s exposure Please note: Booths 10–14 and 24-26 are tabletop booths. They are 10’ wide and 5’ deep, and include a table and two chairs. Pop-up booths are not allowed in these booths—only a tabletop display or a pull-up banner will be acceptable. If you plan to use a pop-up booth, please purchase a regular 10’ x 10’ booth.

How Do I Exhibit?

• Space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
