Refund Deadline

To receive a full refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 5 September 2012. Cancellations made after 5 SEPTEMBER 2012 will not be refunded. Badge Mailing Information

Domestic attendee badges and any purchased tickets will be mailed prior to the conference if registration is processed on or before 24 August 2012. Registrations received after 24 AUGUST 2012 and international attendee registrations will be held for pickup on-site.
