Registration Fees

Online registration is closed. On-site registration opens from 1600 till 1800 on Sunday, 2 September, at the Swissotel, Istanbul, Turkey. Registration will re-open at 0730 on Monday, 3 September at the Swissotel, Istanbul, Turkey. To help speed up your on-site registration, please print out and complete the registration form and bring it with you to the Registration desk.

Accommodation is NOT included in the conference only registration fee. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• A processing fee of USD 100 will be charged for cancellations received before the registration deadline 3 August 2012.
• If you cancel after 3 August 2012, you will not be eligible for a refund
• No refund will be given if a registered delegate fails to attend the conference
• SPE must receive cancellation requests in writing by 3 August 2012, by fax on +971.4.457.3164, or by email to formsdubai@spe.org  

Registration Policy

Full fixed fee is charged regardless of the length of time that the registrant attends the conference. Attendees are expected to attend all conference sessions and are not permitted to attend on partial basis. Fixed fee cannot be prorated or reduced for anyone (conference chairperson, co-chairpersons, committee members, speakers, technical presenters, students or registrants).

Visa Information

SPE Middle East, North Africa and India will assist in providing a visa invitation letter, upon request in writing, to confirmed registrants after receiving full payment of registration fees. Visa invitation letters take five days to issue from the date of request and it is the delegate's responsibility to obtain their own visa. SPE cannot issue the visa nor can we guarantee it will be obtained.
