Exhibitor Information

Each exhibit space includes one (1) exhibitor registration to include all technical sessions, luncheons, reception, coffee breaks and one (1) copy of the CD Proceedings, to be mailed to the primary contact after the event.

Please be advised:

• Tabletop exhibits will be displayed in Waterway 5, 2nd Level, along with the Poster Displays.
• Registration will be located in the Waterway Foyer, Second level.
• Each tabletop display space will be provided with one 6’X30” table, with black drape and two (2) chairs.
• The Exhibition hall is carpeted.

Taxi

• Marriott to/from Houston Intercontinental Airport is approx. USD $100 one-way.

Set-up

Set-up is from 1000 – 1800 on Sunday, 10 April or 0730-0930, Monday, 11 April. The Exhibition opens Monday, 11 April at 0930.

Tear-down

All display items must be removed from the exhibit floor between 1530 and 1700 on Tuesday, 12 April. If any exhibit items remain after this time they will be discarded at the exhibitor’s expense.
