Cancellation Policy
- To receive a full refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 6 April 2009.
- Cancellations made after 6 April will not be refunded.

Badge Mailing Information
Domestic attendee badges and any purchased tickets will be mailed prior to the conference if registration is processed on or before 20 March 2009. Registrations received after 20 March and all international attendee registrations will be held for pickup on-site.
