Registration Fees

Online registrtaions are now closed.

You can register onsite from the 27-30 March at the Registration Desk, located in the Convention Centre Lobby of Rennaisance Hotel Powai, Mumbai, India.

This desk will be open during the following times:

Registration fees include all conference sessions and technical exhibition, CD proceedings, coffee breaks for all three days, daily luncheon tickets, one gala dinner ticket and one delegate bag.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Payment can be made by credit cards or bank transfers. All payments should be made in USD.
• A processing fee of USD 100 will be charged for cancellations received before the registration deadline 11 February 2012.
• For cancellations received after the registration deadline, 11 February 2012, no refund will be made to the registrant.
• No refund will be issued if a registrant fails to attend the workshop.

Registration policy

• This is a non-residential conference. Therefore, accommodation is not included in the registration fees.
• Full fixed fee is charged regardless of the length of time that the registrant attends the conference.
• Fixed fee cannot be prorated or reduced for anyone (conference chairperson, co-chairpersons, committee members, speakers, students and registrants)
• All fees paid to SPE are net of taxes. The registration fees in the form do not include any local or witholding taxes. All such taxes will be added to the above-mentioned registration fees in the invoice.
• Registration fees charged will be in USD only.

Visa information

SPE Middle East, North Africa and India will assist in providing a visa invitation letter, upon request in writing, to confirmed registrants after receiving full payment of registration fees. Visa invitation letters take five days to issue from the date of request and it is the delegate’s responsibility to obtain their own visa. SPE cannot issue the visa nor can we guarantee it will be obtained.
