How to Register

  • Mail of Fax (PDF) We will be accepting registration forms by fax at (+971.4.366.4648) till the 2nd of June 2010.
  • Onsite registration will open on the 7th of June from 2:00 pm till 4:00 pm at the Regency Tunis Hotel, Tunis, Tunisia.

Full conference registrations include all sessions and technical exhibition, CD proceedings, coffee breaks for all three days, daily luncheon tickets, one conference reception ticket and one delegate bag. Student registrations (valid ID required) include all sessions, technical exhibition and coffee breaks. Visiting the Exhibition costs USD 10.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel before 20 May, you will receive a full refund less (USD 100).
  • If you cancel after 20 May, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refund will be given if a registered delegate fails to attend the conference.
  • SPE must receive cancellation requests in writing by 20 May, by fax on +971.4.366.4648 or by email to rbadran@spe.org.

Visa Invitation Letter Policy

SPE Middle East, North Africa and India will assist in providing a visa invitation letter, upon request in writing, to confirmed registrants after receiving full payment of registration fees. Visa invitation letters take five days to issue from the date of request and it is the delegate's responsibility to obtain their own visa. SPE cannot issue the visa nor can we guarantee it will be obtained.
