Press members are invited to register to attend and cover RCSC and the SPE Regional Honours and Awards Ceremony.

Registration Guidelines

Complimentary press registration is available only to members of the working press. (Example: reporter, freelance writer, editor, publisher, etc.) Titles that will not be eligible for registration include marketing representative, advertising sales, president, etc. Press members are requested to present an ID to collect their registration badges on-site.

Badge Information

RCSC conference badges will be collected onsite.

Guidelines for Photography and Audio/Video Recording

No audio recording, video recording, or photography is allowed without SPE’s permission. All journalists seeking to do any of these things must register as press and check in at the RCSC press room. They will be asked to sign a form agreeing to follow the policies on photography and audio/video recording »

Press Access to Breakfast Sessions, Luncheons, and Special Events

Press members are allowed to cover any ticketed event without a ticket. We attempt to provide chairs for the press, but some events may be sold out and offer standing room only for press on a first-come, first-served basis.
