Refund Deadline
To receive a full refund, all cancellations must be received in writing no later than 4 February 2013. Cancellations made after 4 February 2013 will not be refunded. Badge Mailing Information
Domestic attendee badges and any purchased tickets will be mailed prior to the conference if registration is processed on or before 28 January 2013. Registrations received after 28 January 2013 and international attendee registrations will be held for pickup on-site.
