Welcome to the 2013 SPE Unconventional Resources Conference—USA (13URC). We are pleased to provide you with quick access to important information regarding exhibiting at the 2013 URC. We encourage you to review the contents of the Exhibitor Services Manual carefully.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Exhibit Area during installation and dismantle.
Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the Exhibit Area during official show hours.
SPE has appointed Official Contractors to ensure a smooth installation, dismantling and operation for the Exhibition.
To ensure smooth installation, dismantling and operation during the Exhibition, SPE has appointed Official Contractors. Some services are restricted and must be provided by an Exclusive Contractor. A list of these services and providers are found in the Exhibit Regulations and are designated as an Exclusive Contractor on the Official Contractor List.
If you plan to use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), you must submit a Work Authorization Request Form (WAR) no later than 6 March.
Upon receipt of a Work Authorization Request Form, SPE Exhibits Staff will send the required paperwork to the appointed EAC. The EAC packet listed below is mandatory before the Exhibition: The Exhibitor is responsible for making sure that their EAC provides the necessary, mandatory forms for EAC personnel to be allowed on the floor to service the exhibit booths. All paperwork must be received no later than 1 April.
Freeman is the official decorator and labor contractor. Contact Freeman to assist you with carpet, furnishing, labor, modular exhibit rentals, and signs and graphics.

Orders submitted to SPE Management will NOT be processed or forwarded.
Freeman is the exclusive contractor that controls and supervises delivery and freight truck access to The Woodlands Waterway Marriott, assignments and usage of loading docks, and the Teamsters Union Labor responsible for the loading and unloading of freight shipments. All carriers must check in with Freeman.
Freeman will begin to accept crated, boxed, or skidded materials to their warehouse, beginning Monday, May 11, 2013 at the address below. Material arriving after April 03, 2013 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning Tuesday, April 09, 2013 at the address below. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility are the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
