Conference materials and badges will not be mailed in advance, but should be collected at the Conference Registration Counter, Main Foyer, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, during registration hours.
To avoid congestion during the event, delegates are encouraged to collect their materials/badges at the Registration Counter on Sunday, 8 November between 1200-1700.
Admission to technical/e-poster sessions and exhibition, happy hours, coffee/tea breaks, daily luncheons, and one Digital Proceedings.

Registration for technical sessions and exhibition is complimentary for full time students. Complimentary registration does not include Proceedings or any function tickets.

Cancellations must be received in writing by SPE Asia Pacific Office address shown on the Early Bird/ Advance Registration Form no later than 26 October to receive a refund less AUD 150 processing fee. No refund will be accepted after this date. Substitutions will be accepted.
Advance full conference registration guarantees one set of Digital Proceedings and is available for collection at the conference. Additional Proceedings may be pre-ordered on the Advance Registration Form or purchased during registration hours at the conference for AUD 275 member and AUD 330 non-member. Participants are encouraged to order Digital Proceedings in advance, as on-site availability is limited.
Hotel accommodation can be reserved at special rates at the Rydges South Bank, where room blocks are being held for conference delegates. Please complete the Hotel Booking Form to ensure your hotel accommodation during the conference and return by fax or email directly to the hotel.

A valid passport with a visa is required for all non-Australian citizens attending the conference. Visas can be applied for at any office of the Australian High Commission, Embassy or Consulate. An invitation letter to facilitate the application of visa will be issued to attendees if required. Please download the Visa Invitation Request Form here. It is important that people wishing to travel to Australia apply for their visas well in advance. Please ensure that your passport is also valid for the period of stay you are visiting Australia.
